Digital transformation for businesses looking to automate business processes and maintain compliance.
Our Enterprise document management solution offers multi-user functionality, allowing for a complete, secure, easy-to-use and affordable platform that will make your team more productive and your business more profitable.
DocuXplorer's Enterprise document management solution is shared by users over a network with data stored on a server. The server runs on any Microsoft platform, as well as on Linux and Novell operating systems. DocuXplorer Enterprise document management is scalable, so you can easily expand DocuXplorer to your network as your usage grows. Whether you need five licenses or hundreds, there’s a solution that works for you.
For clients with budget concerns, we also offer a Teams version, limited to a specific number of workstations. Please contact our sales team for more information and special pricing.
DocuXplorer Enterprise document management software incorporates SAP Advantage database server. SAP Advantage has proven itself to be fast and reliable–an excellent choice for any size business, particularly those without an IT department. Since the database is integrated into DocuXplorer, a database administrator is not required. Sybase Advantage runs as a service and can be backed up while the database service is running.
DocuXplorer is fully compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), HIPAA, SEC, NASD, Finra, ISO and FDA regulations for document security; confidentiality; document and record life-cycle retention management; and audit trails. DocuXplorer's enhanced security allows you to customize permissions for users and groups of users based on your organization's security requirements and business processes.
Permissions are initially set as a global default at the top level. Enterprise document management administrators can then modify user or group permissions for any level of the DocuXplorer program: cabinet, drawer, folder, document, or index field. If a user does not have access to a particular item, it remains invisible. Document/record retention rules can be implemented using automated fields that determine the end date of a document/record life cycle.
DocuXplorer is compatible with Terminal Services, Citrix ®, GoToMyPC ®, and other remote access software, so users can access the DocuXplorer Library from any remote location with an Internet connection.
Users can even scan documents from remote locations using a variety of third-party software. For staff using Apple® computers, we recommend that a Remote Desktop Connection is utilized. Apple users will have full access to the power of the DocuXplorer platform, but do not need to have the software installed directly on their computers.
DocuXplorer's Enterprise document management site license is based on the number of concurrent users. For example, 20 subscription licenses will support up to 20 simultaneous users logged in at a given time. The software may be installed on any number of computers without additional cost. As part of your license(s), you will receive free email support, updates, upgrades, and full access to all DocuXplorer features.
